DEADLINE FEES & PAYMENTS FOR SUMMER SCHOOL PARTICIPANTS ONLY (NOT LECTURERS)
Deadlines Fees [For Participants Summer School only]
- Early Registration from 2019, March 1st to April 30th: 370 Euro
- Late Registration, from 2019, May 1st: 410 Euro
- Closing Registrations & Payments: 2019, May 10th.
- Poster (50x70 or 70x100 ONLY): 30 Euros [already printed. See also Language & Presentation]. It is not a session. The posters will be displayed only. But the author is free to explain it to the participants, out sessions.
- Free fees for members of: Scientific and Organizing Committees Members | PhD and M2 Students from Lille University, Retired Scholars | Lille University: Faculty of Science and Technology, IEMN, CECILLE, Ecole polytechnique-Lille, ENSAP, CIREL, École Boufflers Lille, members.
- NB: All Participants (not Speakers-Lecturers) should apply - even if due to their status - the fees could be 0 (zero) euros. For example, if you are IEMN member/PhD student, please apply and make sure to add in the form your IEMN affiliation. In this case, as above said, your fees are 0 (zero) euors. Please apply here

Important For Payments
- All payments (registrations and posters) to the Summer School should be made (mandatory) via bank transfer and respecting payment deadlines before the Summer School start date.
